1. These terms

These terms cover the Kyano website, the quote link, the quoting desk, and the paid plan. If you use them, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Kyano is a tool for an ocean freight forwarder. The forwarder is the customer. The importer who opens a quote link is the forwarder's prospect.

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 18, and you need authority to agree these terms for yourself or for the company you work for. A quote link is for a business inquiry, not for a consumer purchase of freight.

3. What the service does

Kyano shortens the first exchange on an import inquiry. The forwarder shares a link. The prospect answers cargo, route, size, and documents. On complete, one email goes to the forwarder's desk, with the prospect on copy.

The forwarder can upload a rate sheet. If a lane is on that sheet, the figure comes from the sheet. If it is not, and the case is a 40ft from China, the figure can be a published market assessment for a nearby lane. A missing lane stays without a number. The figure is approximate. It is not a booking and it is not the final invoice.

The document list follows the HS chapter and the import into Spain. It is a checklist for the sales desk. It is not a customs ruling.

4. Not advice

Kyano does not give legal, customs, tax, or insurance advice. A paper on the list, an HS description, or a surcharge note is information for the conversation. You decide what to file, what to quote, and what to tell the client. The forwarder remains responsible for the quote they send.

5. Your content

You keep what you submit: the rate sheet, the prospect's answers, and the files attached to a quote. You allow Kyano to host and process that material so the desk, the email, and the quote can work.

You confirm you have the right to send that material, and that it does not break the law or someone else's rights. A rate sheet is the forwarder's. It is not published on a public page.

6. The product

The software, the mark, and the wording of the site belong to Kyano or to its licensors. These terms do not give you that ownership. You may not copy the product, resell access, or try to take the software apart.

7. Pilot and price

The pilot is 14 days and free. The desk opens when you request it. It does not ask for a card.

A paid desk is 190 USD a month, or 1,900 USD a year. The year is ten months of the monthly price, so two months are included. Stripe charges the card. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. The price can change with notice before the next period.

8. Other services

Mail is sent through an email provider when one is connected. Payment is handled by Stripe. Storage can sit with a database provider when one is connected. Those companies have their own terms. Kyano is not responsible for a failure that is theirs.

9. Stopping access

You can stop using Kyano at any time. Kyano can suspend a desk that breaks these terms, or that creates a security or legal risk. Clauses on your content, the product, the disclaimer, and liability still apply after access ends.

10. No promise of a result

The service is provided as it stands. Kyano does not promise a booking, a margin, an uninterrupted site, or that a charge after the quote will not appear. A feed that does not answer stays blank.

11. Liability

To the extent Spanish law allows it, Kyano is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or a decision you take from a quote, a document list, or a missing figure. Liability that cannot be limited stays in place, including for intent and for harm the law does not let a business exclude.

Where a cap is allowed, it is the amount you paid for the desk in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Law

These terms follow the laws of Spain. If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.

13. Changes

Kyano can update these terms. The date at the top changes when that happens. If you keep using the service after the new date, you accept the update.
